Vegetarianism

A vegetarian diet has several benefits. Here are some reasons why you should give up eating meat.

Physical reason:

The human large intestine was created for a vegetarian diet. Carnivores have short intestines to eliminate toxins quickly. If you eat meat, it spends lot of time in your body. The toxins of rotting meat are absorbed and spread throughout the body. This may cause symptoms like skin allergy, joint pain, fatigue, hormonal imbalance and digestion difficulties.

Eating meat can make the body acidic and the stress hormones in meat burden the human hormonal system. Eating meat can cause anger, impatience and aggressive reaction.

Consider that mostly meat-eaters suffer from large intestinal cancer and tumours in the digestive system. Cold-cuts contain lots of artificial chemicals.

The "nice" taste comes from many different spices and the added artificial flavours.

Energy reason:
Before killing, animals feel strong fear and their stress hormones are high, meat-eaters eat these hormones which affect their mood and consciousness. A vegetarian diet can help you to become lighter, healthier and more sensitive for higher resonance and higher consciousness. A vegetarian diet helps you to be more sensitive, compassionate, understanding and loving toward other creatures (humans too)

Spiritual reason:
As human beings and supposedly the smartest and most conscious entities, our responsibility is primarily for spiritual development. One of the main rules is the ahimsa principle. Not causing unnecessary harm in the nature. We don't need to kill to fill up the belly and relieve the hunger.

We don't have the right to kill any child of the Creator. We all are children of the Creator but in different bodies. Animals are also souls but in animal bodies and with different levels of consciousness. The vegetarian lifestyle helps to purify the mind and heart. it helps to open the higher spiritual chakras for the higher spiritual dimension and keep the chakras clean, allowing for free energy flow in the meridians.
