1. Erase the false mindset that you are on a diet. it is a healthy lifestyle for ever, not just for short time and then you could gain the weight back.
2. Eating lot and sweets, drinking alcohol are giving love to ourselves and make us relaxed. You need to substitute this activity. Stimulate your other senses like find some hobbies or nice experience like drinking nice tea and relax, listen to music, go for a massage, do exercises etc. which make you happy and switched off..
3. Buy a sugar blood test device for daily use. Follow your sugar blood value during the day. Check it in the morning before eating, two hours after every meals, in the evening at least 2 hours after dinner. You need to keep the sugar level between 5.00 - 7.00 Certainly after building your new sugar and gluten free meals in your daily habits, you don't need to check the blood often. it is a good feedback to see if you managed successfully your daily weight loss. If it is above 7.00 it means you are gaining weight, the fat is building in your tissue. Below 5.00 you need to eat, it is unhealthy sugar level and your cells are starving.
4. You don't need to avoid the natural fat! You can eat coconut butter with many nice flavour like vanilla, chocolate, cashew...( Soon available at Samosa stall and me). butter ( NO margarine), olive oil.
5. You have to avoid the refined carbohydrates like refines sugar and plain flour. Better to keep the gluten free diet. it is healthier and faster weight loss. Avoid the drinks with sugar.
6. Drink lot of purified water, spring water, herbal and fruit tea to flush the toxins out of your body. Avoid the black tea.
7.Use natural sweeteners like xylitol, stevia but stevia is not good for cooking.
8.If you are craving for sweets, use naturally sweetened cakes, creams, small portion of dried fruits, nuts, farm brooks muesli products ( at Samosa stall)
9. Speed up your metabolism by more active thyroid function. Take Gynex and Chlorella (soon it is available at me)
10. Eat lot of greens.
11. Cleanse your liver by Regalen or Cytosan.
12. Do regular exercises ( at least 3x20 min intense), practise yoga, meditation, relaxation.
13. Be patient. Slower you lose weight more stable process, not yo-yo effect.
14. Don't starve!! The body switches to the survival mood and keep the fat back, makes the metabolism slower.
15. Eat lightly but at least 3 times daily. Ideal is 5 times eating in small portions. Don't eat after 7pm.
16. During relaxation close your eyes and visualize how you want to be looked like. Keep a picture of your ideal look and size next to your computer or mirror to see constantly the shape you want to achieve.
17. Don't check your weight on scale. Measure your hip, belly and limb sizes. Don't make yourself frustrated by watching the scale and weight. The first weight loss is water not real fat. I f you do exercises you push the body to burn the fat. Your muscles may become heavier and lose fat at the same time.
18. Eating fruits in the morning before noon and not later. Be careful with banana, plum, apricot, grape they contain lot of sugar.
19. If you have started a gluten sugar free life, try new flavours and recipes. Every new habits need 30 days to build in your daily habits. Be patient and understanding, loving toward yourself.
